FOREWORD
The International Institute of World Music (IIWM) aims to become a centre of excellence in education, training, research, publication, programming, production and music dissemination.
SOME BENCHMARKS AND FIGURES
Since October 2015, IIWM has implimented 135 master-classes, created 12 artistic educational courses, performed 35 concerts and undertook 128 musical performances.
This represents as of July 11th, 2024:
- 908 people enrolled in our master-classes
- 531 people subscribed to our annual cirricula.
- 93% of participants in our 2023/2024 training programs (courses and master classes) are from France. 6% come from abroad, representing countries such as Algeria, Germany, Belgium, Brazil, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Tunisia. Finally, 1% did not provide information about their origin.
- 50% from all over France
- 7% from abroad (Finland, Hungary, Estonia, Italy, United States, Switzerland).
- 4500 people minimum on all our concerts and performances
- 1185 memberships since 2015
- 100% success in graduation
